About

If you're like me, you didn't grow up with a natural talent for science and mathematics. You hated it. You wanted to get out of those classes as soon as you possibly could, lamenting at the time you were wasting and the very real possibility that your lack of expertise in these areas was killing your GPA.

I believe most of this has to do with the way the subjects are being taught in school. A dry subject to start with, the hard sciences in my mind, require either a natural appreciation or a rigorous and relatable real-world interaction with the student in a way that is entertaining. The latter is this blog's purpose.

It's only been in the past couple of years that I've become competent in physics and the mathematics to do it. This has been a direct result of a rather useless, though fun hobby that I have (I discuss this in some depth in a post on another blog of mine). I'm no MIT theoretical physicist, but I hope I'll be able to simplify some physics to help those that were in my position a few years back- by providing simple explanations, quality tools, and above all- entertainment!
